Pressure Testing
- Applications up to 10 MPa under constant environmental conditions.
- Temperature up to 210oC
- Long term pressures up to 10,000 hours
- Proof and burst pressures
Pressure Cycling
A pressure wave form generates a fluctuating pressure cycle.
The equipment operated within a pressure cycle with set upper and lower pressures with variable dwell times.
Backflow Devices
Testing of all backflow prevention devices up to DN200 as listed in AS/NZS2845.1:2010 with an existing capability up to DN200 with existing pipework.
Thermal Cycling
Products are subject to alternating hot and cold cycling.Temperatures up to 95oC with or without applied internal pressures.
Flow Testing
Flow testing ranges of 0 to 6,000 L/min. Combinations of pumping system can achieve pressures of up to 1,200 kPa with flow rates at 2,000 L/min.
Ability to conduct WELS testing in accordance with AS/NZS6400.
Fire Fighting Equipment
Fire hose reels, fire hoses, high pressure valves and fitting along fire extinguishers.
Load testing: Loads simulating live loads up to 3,000 kg can be simulated.
